When you put in a return request with us, once the pick up is done you will get a RazorpayX link via email and text in 24hrs. You can get the amount credited in your account by adding the required details.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on WhatsApp, wherein you shall get the option "Cancel Order"

Once we cancel the order, we will refund the amount back to your source account in 5 to 7 working days.
