Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the canceled orders may not be refunded.
The customer may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once an order is shipped, it is not under our control to cancel it.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and Indian holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping all over the Republic of India will be free of cost. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- SRISTI CLOTHING COMPANY does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- SRISTI CLOTHING COMPANY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do not ship outside India.
